F&B Storekeeper

The F&B Stores Coordinator is responsible for the entire food and beverage stores including requisitions for all areas in the F&B Department - organization’s storerooms, coldrooms, performing activities such as stocking of operational materials and supplies, inventory stock takes , control and records, purchasing, and related duties as required. The selected candidate would be assisting directly the F&B Department in all areas needed.

Duties

• Making sure all deliveries are delivered at the correct temperature by supplier, that all documentation is provided and deliveries are correct in items and quantities.
• Supervise and manage the transfers for requisitions of the products, plan and execute material delivery and collection process of materials to and from locations.
• Record daily updated records of the stock levels and the distribution process.
• Management of all store's operational issues, including all F&B inventory , stores consumables related to F&B, store administrative duties, hysical inventories, FIFO system, and cleanliness of the stores.
•  Ensure all orders and departmental requisitions are properly documented and released for pick-up. 

Qualifications

• F&B experience would be considered an asset
• Minimum 3 to 5 Years Experience in a similar role or in F&B or Kitchen operative.
• Computer literate
• Previous experience in using Adaco System 
• Fluent in English Language both written and speaking is a must.
• Have a high level of attention to detail
• Have enthusiasm to develop your own skills and knowledge
• Are adaptable to change and have the willingness to embrace new ideas and processes
• Candidate's ideally on the island and available to start 
• Valid Food & Handlers Licence.
