Experienced Driver

R.A. & Sons Manufacturing Ltd in Malta is currently looking to recruit an Experienced Driver to join their team on a full-time basis.

Job Role:
The ideal candidate needs to be an experienced driver to deliver building materials. The right candidate must be in possession of a valid Forklift Licence, a full driving licence and past experience in driving and using trucks of different dimensions, hi-ups and trailers.

Responsibilities:

• To drive a wide range of vehicles from one place to another and operate the hi-up when needed
• Organise and check the loading of goods onto the vehicle
• Load and unload vehicles - manually or with non-motorised machines for goods handling
• Set up route according to delivery requirements. Check documents (invoices, delivery notes etc.)
• Execute basic checks and maintenance
• Cleaning of vehicle
• Maintain a healthy and safe work environment by enforcing procedures and standards and complying with legal regulations.

• Numerate and literate
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Time management
• Must be able to speak in English.

Requirements:

• Driver licence Category “C, CE” is a must.
• Must have a valid CPC certificate.
