We are currently looking for new employees, offering different types of contracts to suit your needs (part time and full time).

What you'll do:

Administrative duties related to the incoming of goods, preparation of orders and the distribution of orders into outlets;

Liaison with other roles within the Logistics Centre to ensure the smooth running of the daily operations;

Ensure readily prepared orders for our outlets are allocated correctly on loading bays, including the physical movement of pallets with the right handling equipment;

Qualitative and quantitative control of the incoming and outgoing goods;

Help to maintain and upkeep the Logistics Centre;

Support and develop activities related to the Warehouse inventory.

What you'll need:

The flexibility to work on different shifts including night shifts, weekends and public holidays;

Willingness to learn, ability to work both independently and as a team, always ensuring high quality standards;

Attention to detail and precision;

Fluent knowledge of the English language is a must;

Knowledge of the Maltese and/or Italian languages will be considered an asset;

Good knowledge of Excel and MS Office package;

Willingness to work in an environment where you will be required to drive electric goods handling equipment after training has been given;

Remuneration:

Different options of contract are available: full time, 40 hours per week, organised on 5 days (8 hours per day)

Basic salary: starting from €8,26 per hour

Any minutes worked over 40 hours per week are paid at time and a half;

Sundays and public holidays are paid at double rate;

Night shift allowance when applicable;

Everything is paid by the minute!
