Delivery person

We are looking for a dedicated and reliable individual to join our team as a Delivery Person for frozen food. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely and safe delivery of frozen food products to our customers, while maintaining the highest standards of service and professionalism.

Responsibilities:
- Safely transport frozen food products to designated locations while adhering to all safety and health regulations.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles, ensuring that products are stored properly to maintain their frozen state.
- Plan and follow the most efficient delivery routes to optimize time and fuel usage.
- Communicate effectively with customers to confirm delivery details and address any concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including receipts and inventory counts.
- Ensure the delivery vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Report any issues or discrepancies with deliveries to management promptly.
- Assist in the warehouse as needed, including organizing and restocking frozen food items.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Previous experience in delivery or logistics preferred.
- Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks associated with loading and unloading.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations is a plus.
