In this Customer Support Officer position within the manufacturing industry, your duties will include: 

  • Liaising with customers and understanding customer demands for their respective purchases
  • Processing purchase orders and order enquiries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Managing order fluctuations and rescheduling workload as per available capacity
  • Progressing urgent PPAPs effectively to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met
  • Ensuring that area OTD and WIP days and arrears are in line with set objectives
  • Participating in risk reduction plans and ensuring EHS instructions are implemented accordingly

Working Hours: Monday to Thursday from 7:30am to 4:30pm. Friday from 7:30am to 2pm

Skill-sets and Requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English, Maltese preferred
  • Possess a strong eye for detail and an analytical approach
  • Ability to work within a team
Education & Experience
  • Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain will be considered an asset
  • Previous local experience in a similar position within manufacturing is preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years local experience within a customer care environment
  • Proficiency in using MRP and MS Office applications
