Our client, an aviation company, is recruiting for a Charter Administrator to assist with all administrative work involved in operating charter flights. Your duties here will include;
Scheduling charter bookings, managing related administrative and operational tasks
Conducting loadibility and feasibility checks as necessary
Preparing supporting documents for flight applications and internal contracts
Coordinating AWB stock, booking, and invoicing with relevant departments
Collaborating with departments to conduct post-flight feedback analysis
Ensuring compliance with customer service standards and effective customer relationship management
Communicating with clients to identify their needs and ensure execution.
Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients to foster patronage and generate revenue
Working closely with the Charter Sales Manager to develop and implement effective business strategies
Conducting research to identify potential business opportunities
Performing adhoc duties as required
Maintaining records of customer interactions, process accounts, and file documents
Following established communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Going the extra mile to engage customers and expedite processes
Requirements
