IT – Automations & Low-Code Developer (Software): Part-Time, Fully Remote & Flexible

We’re a tech-driven young and dynamic property management company specializing in short-term rentals. We leverage automation, integrations, and no-code solutions to streamline our operations across multiple platforms (OTAs, guest communication, pricing tools, and more).

We’re looking for a part-time, no-code developer to help improve our workflows, maintain and upgrade our tech stack, and document changes. This is a completely remote, ultra-flexible role where you’ll have autonomy to work when and how you prefer.

💡 No-code development & automation: Updating and maintaining workflows using tools like Make (ex-Integromat), and other portal builders.

🔄 OTA & technology updates: Adjusting short-term rental listings, configuring integrations, and ensuring systems run smoothly.

📄 Documenting software changes: Keeping track of updates, optimisations, and process improvements.

📈 Improving business processes: Identifying and implementing new automation opportunities to make operations more efficient.

✅ Experience with no-code or low-code tools (Make, Zapier, or similar).

✅ A technical mindset – comfortable working with automation, logic, and integrations.

✅ Ability to document workflows and system updates clearly.

✅ Self-starter who enjoys working independently with minimal supervision.

Training in particular tools can be provided. As long as one has a technical mindset and experience in similar concepts, all the tools we use should be relatively easy to master and learn.

JavaScript or other coding experience – sometimes, we need custom scripts!

Experience designing asynchronous or message-based systems (e.g., event-driven architecture).

Prior experience in property management or OTA configurations (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.).
