Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Carer for the Elderly. In this role, you will be responsible for providing physical and emotional support to our elderly clients, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive the care and attention they deserve in their golden years.

Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Administer medication and monitor health conditions
- Prepare and serve meals according to dietary restrictions
- Provide companionship and engage in meaningful conversations with clients
- Help with light housekeeping tasks and errands
- Accompany clients to appointments and outings
- Monitor and report any changes in clients' physical or mental health
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of care provided

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a caregiving role, preferably with elderly individuals
- Knowledge of basic first aid and CPR
- Ability to lift and move clients with mobility limitations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Empathy and patience when working with elderly clients
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
