OASI Foundation in Malta is currently looking to recruit Assistant Facilitators to form part of its dynamic team of after hour and weekend staff supporting in our residential unit, on a part-time basis.
Overview:
We are looking for a person who is motivated and able to work under own initiative, while at the same time being part of a team. The ideal candidate for this post should be willing to learn new skills and at the same time willing to assist others in developing their skills and wellbeing.
We are looking for a person who is willing to commit to the long term with the organization, and be able to understand the nature of the Foundation’s functions.
The main responsibilities include:
The ideal candidate should be Maltese speaking, have good communication skills, integral personality and a caring nature.
This person should be able to understand the dynamics of residential therapy and be willing to learn to understand the nature of addiction.
A qualification/experience in Social Care/Nursing Assistance would be an advantage but not essential. Training, both inhouse and from other institutions will be offered.
