Technician Assistant

ENV Energy Solutions specialises in the supply, installation, and maintenance of fuel stations and associated fuel systems. The company also undertakes wastewater treatment plant installations, repairs, and servicing, and is involved in EV charging infrastructure alongside other general installations.

The Technician provides technical support by installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting equipment and systems. The role includes documenting maintenance activities, resolving technical issues, and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of daily technical services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and technical equipment.
• Provide first-line technical support by identifying issues, performing basic troubleshooting, and escalating complex problems where necessary.
• Conduct routine system checks, preventive maintenance, and safety inspections.
• Maintain accurate records of technical activities, including service logs and inventory of tools and spare parts.
• Support ongoing projects by preparing materials, testing systems, and assisting senior technicians and engineers.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, technical procedures, and organisational policies.
• Train staff on the proper use of equipment and basic troubleshooting techniques.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for repairs, upgrades, and installations.
