Pile Driver
We are looking for a skilled Pile Driver to join our dynamic team, contributing to the successful execution of construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and a commitment to safety and quality.
- Operate pile driving equipment to install piles and foundations in various construction settings.
- Conduct site assessments to determine the appropriate pile driving techniques and equipment.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure project specifications are met.
- Maintain and inspect equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while performing tasks on-site.
- Assist in the training and mentoring of junior staff and apprentices.
- Proven experience as a Pile Driver or in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety practices.
- Ability to operate heavy machinery and tools relevant to pile driving.
- Excellent physical stamina and the ability to work in challenging outdoor conditions.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in construction or heavy machinery operation are preferred.
