Technical Trade Leader

A well established company in Malta are looking for a Technical Trade Leader to join their Technical Services team in the workshop section, managing electrical maintenance projects across their facilities.

Responsibilities:

• Planning and organizing resources to meet agreed deadlines
• Delegating tasks to the team, and overseeing various trades within the department
• Ensure that all assigned jobs are carried out to the highest standards in line with the plans and policies provided by your superiors 
• Provide advice to your superiors in the development of policies, plans, and risk assessments, and report on the performance of your area of responsibility to the management as needed.
• Collaborate with third-party contractors involved in company-wide engineering projects

Requirements:

• Wireman's Licence A & B
• Advanced Technician Diploma (ATD) / Higher National Diploma (HND) or a similar qualification at MQF Level 5 in Electrical Engineering, would be preferred
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
• Strong leadership abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Remuneration package will depend on the candidate's experience
