Senior Executive Maintenance

Our client, is looking to recruit a Senior Executive Maintenance to join their team. Reporting to the Head of HR, the chosen candidate will:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance strategy for all 24 hubs;
• Establish and enforce maintenance policies, procedures, and standards;
• Oversee all maintenance activities, including preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance;
• Ensure timely and effective response to maintenance requests and emergency repairs;
• Monitor and analyze maintenance performance metrics, implementing improvements as needed;
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, and safety;
• Implement and oversee health and safety programs, ensuring a safe working environment;
• Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers;
• Ensure the quality and timely completion of work performed by contractors;
• Provide technical guidance and support for complex maintenance issues;
• Ensure the proper maintenance and operation of all equipment and systems;
• Coordinate maintenance activities with other departments to minimize disruptions;
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on maintenance activities and performance;
• Prepare and present reports to senior management on maintenance operations and initiatives.
