Property and Maintenance Coordinator

A new position has become available with one of Malta's leading group of companies. We are looking for a reliable and organized Property and Maintenance Coordinator to oversee the maintenance and upkeep of their properties. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all properties are well maintained and that any necessary repairs are carried out in a timely manner.

The Property and Maintenance Coordinator will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing maintenance and repair plans for all properties
- Scheduling and overseeing all maintenance and repair work
- Ensuring that all properties are kept in good condition and that any necessary repairs are carried out promptly
- Coordinating with vendors and contractors to ensure that all work is completed to a high standard
- Keeping accurate records of all maintenance and repair work
- Liaising with tenants to ensure that any issues are addressed promptly
- Ensuring that all safety regulations are adhered to
- Responding to emergency maintenance requests
- Keeping up to date with relevant legislation and regulations
- Monitoring and managing budgets

• Possess leadership, assertiveness, ability to handle pressure
• In possession of a clean driving license

• Technical experience is a must
