Projects Foreman (Finishings)
Our client who specializes in the construction industry is looking for a Projects Foreman (Finishings). Your roles and responsibilities will include:
- Lead and manage all finishing activities on-site, ensuring quality and compliance
- Supervise subcontractors, tradesmen, and laborers to meet project deadlines
- Inspect work for quality assurance and manage corrections as needed
- Coordinate materials, equipment, and schedules to keep project timelines on track
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed on-site
- Knowledge and understanding of Maltese is a must
- Strong understanding of finishings standards and attention to detail
- Technical understanding of finishings would be ideal
- Previous experience in a similar position will be considered an asset
