Maintenance (Handyman)

Our client is seeking a Maintenance/Handyman to manage the upkeep and maintenance of a private residential property.

Your Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs, including plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general household tasks.
• Inspect and troubleshoot household systems and equipment, such as appliances and lighting, addressing issues promptly.
• Coordinate and supervise the work of external contractors for specialized services.
• Manage preventative and corrective maintenance to keep the residence in excellent condition.
• Monitor and maintain stock levels of supplies necessary for maintenance.
• Respond efficiently to emergency maintenance requests as they arise.

• Well-skilled in using hand tools and power tools.
• Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical and other general repair skills.
• Proactive approach with a can-do attitude.
• Fluency in both Maltese and English.
