Maintenance (Handyman)
Our client is seeking a Maintenance/Handyman to manage the upkeep and maintenance of one of their properties.
Your Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs, including plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general household tasks.
- Inspect and troubleshoot household systems and equipment, such as appliances and lighting, addressing issues promptly.
- Coordinate and supervise the work of external contractors for specialized services.
- Manage preventative and corrective maintenance to keep the residence in excellent condition.
- Monitor and maintain stock levels of supplies necessary for maintenance.
- Respond efficiently to emergency maintenance requests as they arise.
- Well-skilled in using hand tools and power tools.
- Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical and other general repair skills.
- Proactive approach with a can-do attitude.
