Production Technician (4 Shift)

Our client, a global manufacturer of Pharmaceutical Products, is recruiting for Production technicians to work on a 4 Shift basis. Your duties will include;

• Regularly inspecting equipment and machinery, maintain records, and provide handovers.
• Reporting deviations from policies and procedures to the supervisor promptly.
• Immediately reporting faults, assist in their rectification, and conduct testing as required. Managing inventory and updating records.
• Offering technical expertise for designing, installing, and maintaining facilities and equipment.
• Executing modifications and installations as directed, while expanding knowledge of operations and maintenance.
• Providing on-the-job training, communicating with colleagues, and enhancing divisional performance.
• Assisting in validation activities and periodic calibration of instruments and equipment.
• Supervising outside contractors to ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and safety standards.
• Analyzing production data for improvement opportunities.
• Maintaining company property, ensuring cleanliness, and addresing any issues promptly.
• Undertaking additional duties as required.

• Must be a team player
• Based in Malta

• Full technician certificate or Advanced Technician Diploma or equivalent with a minimum of MQF Level 4
• Basic computer literacy
