Mason-Subcontractor

We are looking for a skilled Mason-Subcontractor, responsible for completing specific tasks or portions of a project as outlined in the agreement with the company. Applicants must be residing in Malta

The subcontractor should have proven experience in masonry and demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering quality work and adhering to safety standards.

This agreement involves collaborating with the company and other subcontractors to ensure that projects are completed on time and meet the required specifications.

Responsibilities:
- Perform masonry work including bricklaying, stone setting, and concrete block installation.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements.
- Prepare and clean work sites, ensuring all materials and tools are available and in good condition.
- Collaborate with other trades and subcontractors to coordinate project timelines and tasks.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment.
- Conduct quality checks on completed work to ensure it meets industry standards and client expectations.
- Manage materials and supplies efficiently to minimize waste and reduce costs.
- Provide estimates and project timelines to general contractors and clients as needed.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a mason or in a similar role within the construction industry in Malta.
- Strong knowledge of masonry techniques, materials, and tools.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
- Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with others.
