G3 Group is currently looking for Maintenance Personnel, ranging from Technicians to Supervisors to join the Team on a full-time basis. Reporting to the Head of Maintenance, this position's primary responsibility is that of ensuring the achievement of high maintenance and restoration standards in guests’ rooms, public areas, and employee quarters, especially but not exclusively when it comes to the technical aspect. The schedule is based on a roster schedule and may include working evening shifts and being on stand-by.
Areas of Responsibility:
- Complying with the organization’s standards and Health & Safety regulations
- Provide excellent Customer Care, respond effectively to Guests’ queries and requests
- Interact positively with the rest of the Team and liaise directly with the Line Manager
- Maintain service quality standards, by conducting ongoing evaluations and investigating complaints;
- Assist in motivating the Team in applying excellent standards of customer care, ongoing and preventive maintenance, and acting professionally at all times, while identifying requirements for training
- Control the Department’s expenditure hand-in-hand with the Head of Maintenance on issues such as electricity consumption, product usage, adhering to schedules.
Personality & Skills:
Excellent interpersonal skills, with a strong ambition towards problem-solving.
Requirements:
Very good spoken and written level of the English language.
Experience/Knowledge:
Proof of experience needs to be sent upon application, however, it is ambition and passion, that we value the most.
