Maintenance Person (General Duties)

Job Description
Dragonara Gaming Ltd in Malta is currently looking to recruit a Maintenance Person to join their team on a full-time basis.

Job Role:
Forming part of the Maintenance department, the selected candidate will be responsible for the performance of a variety of manual tasks as directed by the facilities department within the building and structures of the property.

Responsibilities:

• You will perform maintenance of plumbing and electrical systems in multiple locations
• You will manage and complete small-scale projects, including developing plans, and material lists
• You will assist Team Members with tasks, insuring safety and quality workmanship
• You will paint interior and exterior walls and trim, using paint and painting tools
• You will assist with the general repair and upkeep of machines and equipment
• You will maintain and repair multiple structures, using different hand and power tools
• You will perform preventative maintenance on different machines, equipment, and structures
• Other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, and basic maintenance.
• Valid Driving License.
• 2 years of experience in equipment and building maintenance.
