Electrician / Plumber

We are seeking a skilled Electrician / Plumber to install, maintain, and repair electrical and plumbing systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. The ideal candidate will have expertise in both trades and be capable of diagnosing issues, performing installations, and ensuring that all work complies with safety and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

Electrical Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems including wiring, control systems, circuit breakers, and lighting.

• Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and building plans to diagnose issues and plan electrical layouts.

• Troubleshoot electrical problems using appropriate tools and devices.

• Ensure all electrical work meets local electrical codes.

• Inspect electrical systems and components to identify hazards, defects, and repair needs.

• Install and maintain electrical panels, outlets, switches, and fixtures.

Plumbing Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems, including pipes, fittings, and fixtures for water, drainage, and gas systems.

• Troubleshoot plumbing issues such as leaks, blockages, or low water pressure.

• Inspect plumbing systems to identify and prevent potential issues.

• Install water heaters, boilers, pumps, and other related appliances.

• Read and interpret plumbing blueprints, layouts, and manufacturer instructions.

• Ensure all work complies with local plumbing regulations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as both an electrician and a plumber.

• Strong knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems, components, tools, and safety standards.

• Ability to read blueprints, technical diagrams, and manuals.

• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

• Physical stamina and ability to work in various environments (heights, confined spaces, outdoors).
