Job Description
Mallard Co. Ltd in Malta is looking to recruit a Maintenance Crew to join their team on a full-time basis. 

Job Description: Handyman
We are looking for an experienced Handyman. The overall responsibility is to ensure that all installations, equipment and services in the hotel are functioning well and are maintained in good working order and appearance. Performs preventive maintenance works including testing of light fittings, electrical socket outlets, kitchen appliances, heating ventilation and air conditioning systems. Perform repairs and maintenance in guests’ rooms according to the front office report. The chosen applicant will deal directly with the maintenance manager and follow his instructions. He will also be part of team who works very well together.

Requirements: 

• You need to communicate well in English as you will have direct contact with hotel guests;
• Preferably you should have 2 years' experience in a hotel in the maintenance department.

Job Description: Plasterer/Painter
We are looking for a Plasterer/Painter to work in our maintenance department. The overall responsibility will be plastering and painting interior and exterior walls.

Job Description: Carpenter
The Carpenter is responsible for constructing, repairing and maintaining wooden structures such as furniture, equipment, partitions and other parts of hotel buildings; using hand and power tools according to instructions.

Duties:
Calculates quantity of materials needed selects stock, tools, and supplies for the repair of hotel buildings. Repairs installation and construction of partition, doors, windows, furniture, and building framework consisting of wood using power tools such as a planer, sander, saws and drills or hand tools such as planes, chisels, hammers, rasps, saws and related equipment.

Qualifications:

• At least three years of incomparable work is required.
