Maintenance and Automation Technician

Our client operates within the construction, manufacturing, and building materials sector.

• Carry out preventative and corrective maintenance on automatic doors, gate automation systems, barriers, access control systems, and related equipment;
• Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, and automation-related faults;
• Attend client sites across Malta to perform maintenance, repairs, inspections, and troubleshooting activities;
• Complete service reports, maintenance documentation, and related records accurately and in a timely manner;
• Support installation, testing, and commissioning works when required;
• Ensure all maintenance and repair works are carried out safely, professionally, and in accordance with company procedures;
• Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicles in good working condition;
• Assist with additional technical duties as required.

• Technical background in electrical, mechanical, maintenance, automation, or a similar technical field;
• Experience diagnosing and resolving technical faults and maintenance issues;
• An Electrical Licence A is required;
• Hold a valid driving licence;
• Good command of English, both written and spoken;
• Previous experience working with automation systems will be considered an asset.

• Proactive and hands-on approach to work;
• Strong sense of responsibility and attention to quality and safety standards.
