Machine Setters (Day Basis)

Our client, an international manufacturing company is seeking to employ Machine Setters in the injection moulding department. This is a technical job which is an excellent opportunity for personal development.

After successfully completing training, the ideal candidate should be able to assist with:

• Setting moulds on injection machines (35 to 110 tons)
• Setting process parameters
• Monitoring the first few cycles,
• Troubleshooting any moulding defects
•  Removal of moulds and transporting them to the maintenance department,
• Any documentation required for traceability and quality assurance purposes.

• Must be already residing in Malta
• Organised, agile and disciplined
• Willingness to learn
• Excellent command of English Language, Maltese is preferred

• Experience in a production/manufacturing environment in a similar role will be considered an asset
