Carpark Attendant

Motors Inc. in Malta is currently looking to recruit a Carpark Attendant to join their team on a full-time basis.

Main Objective of the Job:
The carpark attendant will be responsible for our aftersales service carpark, in guiding clients delivering and collecting their vehicles from our aftersales premises. 

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greeting customers accessing our aftersales premises
• Guiding clients delivering their vehicles to the service carpark
• Perform health check and dent forms of vehicles entering and leaving the carpark
• Apply protection cover to vehicle interiors and remove it on collection
• Coordinate carwashes requested by clients
• Responsible for the customer carpark layout in making sure that vehicles are parked well and placed according to carpark layout
• Responsible for keeping the carpark tidy and free from hazardous materials or objects
• Communicate with the other service departments on client updates and relevant information
• Keep a log of vehicles that are off the road and awaiting repairs or parts
• Assisting tow trucks and drivers in delivering off-the-road vehicles
• Responsible for closing off and securing the carpark
• Make sure that all necessary security checks are in place before closing off the area.   

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Approachable, well-mannered, presentable, and smart
• Knowledgeable in vehicle basics
• Have a valid vehicle licence.
