Lift Installer Assistant / Labourer

We are looking for Lift Installer Assistant/Labourer to join our team. As an assistant, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing various types of lifts and elevators in commercial and residential buildings. If you have a strong mechanical aptitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service, we encourage you to apply for this position.

Responsibilities:

• Help the installer to install, maintain, and repair various types of lifts and elevators in commercial and residential buildings
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams to determine lift installation procedures
• Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are followed during installation and maintenance
• Communicate with clients to provide updates on installation or maintenance progress
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects
• Keep up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in lift technology.

Requirements:

• No experience required since on going training will be provided
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication with team
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams
• Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations related to lift installation and maintenance
• Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy equipment and materials
• Willingness to work flexible hours and travel to different job sites as needed
• Valid driver's license is considered an asset.
