Technician – Service and Installation

Our client, a privately owned family business with experience in import and supply of products are currently looking for a Service and Installation Technician to join their growing team. Reporting to the Engineer, your responsibilities will include: 

• Conduct on-site installation of dosing pumps 
• Perform system tests and commissioning to ensure optimal functionality. 
• Execute routine maintenance checks on dosing pump systems to identify and address potential issues. 
• Implement repairs and replacements of faulty parts, ensuring minimal downtime for clients. 
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and expectations. 
• Address customer concerns and provide timely and effective solutions. 
• Perform technical and electrical related tasks to dishwashing and laundry machines.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines during all service and installation activities. 

Working Hours: Monday - Friday: 0730hrs - 1530hrs. 

A company car and uniforms will be provided. 

• Proven experience in the installation, maintenance, and repairs
• A clean driving Licence.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, electrical components, and hydraulic principles.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

• In possession of a Electrical License A certification.
• Excellent level of written and verbal English.
