Labourer (Packers)

WT Continental in Malta is currently looking to recruit Labourer (Packers) to join their team on a full/part-time basis.

Overview:

We are looking for a hardworking and dedicated individual to join our team as a Labourer- Packer. As a Packer, you will be responsible for assisting in the packaging and preparation of products for shipment. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products are packaged efficiently and accurately to meet customer demands.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the packaging and labelling of products according to company standards
• Operate packaging machinery and equipment
• Ensure that all products are packaged accurately and securely
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures
• Communicate any issues or concerns to the supervisor
• Meet production quotas and deadlines
• Assist in loading and unloading products for shipment
• Perform quality checks on packaged products.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a warehouse or production environment preferred
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects
• Basic math and computer skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment
• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime when needed
• Knowledge of safety procedures and protocols
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
