Installer (Flooring)

De Valier Co Ltd in Malta is currently looking to recruit an Installer (Flooring) to join their team on a full-time basis.

Based in Malta, De Valier Co Ltd seeks to recruit an Installer (Flooring).
The prospective candidate will be responsible for efficiently and accurately installing various types of flooring, including but not limited to LVT, Vinyl roll, and carpet. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship will contribute to the overall success of our projects. 

This role shall report directly to the Sales & Operations Manager. 

Key responsibilities:

• Execute precise installation of different flooring materials, ensuring a flawless and durable finish
• Follow industry standards, manufacturer guidelines, and project specifications to meet quality and safety requirements
• Identify and address any challenges that may arise during installation, ensuring timely resolution
• Maintain clear communication with the operations manager, team members, and clients to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction
• Fulfill additional responsibilities as directed by the company.

Requirements:

• Possess a minimum of one year of experience in a similar installation position, demonstrating competence in various flooring types
• Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
• Preferably hold a valid driving license
• Exhibit a keen eye for detail, ensuring precision and accuracy in all installations
• Demonstrate the ability to solve issues independently, contributing to the successful completion of projects.
