Handyman / Maintenance
CF Estates Ltd in Malta is currently looking to recruit a Handyman / Maintenance to join their team on a full-time basis.
Overview:
The Handyman will be responsible for performing a variety of repair and maintenance tasks across residential and commercial properties. This includes plumbing, painting, electrical work, and general upkeep. The ideal candidate will have a broad skill set, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance and repair tasks in various areas
- Inspect properties and identify issues that require attention
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and complete tasks efficiently
- Install, maintain, and repair various equipment and fixtures
- Ensure all work complies with relevant safety and building codes
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and address their maintenance concerns
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or in a similar maintenance role
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and other equipment effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Good physical condition and the ability to lift heavy object
- Valid Maltese driver’s license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Certification in relevant trades is highly desirable
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members
- Experience with property management or real estate maintenance is an advantage.
