Handyman / Maintenance

CF Estates Ltd in Malta is currently looking to recruit a Handyman / Maintenance to join their team on a full-time basis.

Overview:

The Handyman will be responsible for performing a variety of repair and maintenance tasks across residential and commercial properties. This includes plumbing, painting, electrical work, and general upkeep. The ideal candidate will have a broad skill set, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general maintenance and repair tasks in various areas
• Inspect properties and identify issues that require attention
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and complete tasks efficiently
• Install, maintain, and repair various equipment and fixtures
• Ensure all work complies with relevant safety and building codes
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and address their maintenance concerns
• Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Handyman or in a similar maintenance role
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and other equipment effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Good physical condition and the ability to lift heavy object
• Valid Maltese driver’s license and reliable transportation
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Certification in relevant trades is highly desirable
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members
• Experience with property management or real estate maintenance is an advantage.
