Field Service Technician

Our client is seeking a highly motivated Field Service Technician to join their team of skilled technicians within the pharmaceutical industry.

Responsibilities:

• Install, qualify, and maintain pharmaceutical and medical equipment per standards and regulations.
• Diagnose and resolve issues to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance for optimal performance.
• Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and provide customized technical solutions.
• Keep detailed records of repairs, maintenance, and client interactions.
• Provide client training on operation and maintenance of pharmaceutical equipment. 

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electronic or sciences
• Familiarity with FDA guidelines and cGMP standards.
• Analytical problem-solver with proactive troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and client interaction abilities.
• Field service or pharmaceutical industry experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical and medical equipment. 
• Proficiency in English is required.
• Valid driver’s license; willingness to travel for training.
