We are looking for skilled Drawing Interpreters with expertise in steel fixing and welding to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about precision and quality in construction.

- Interpret and analyse technical drawings and specifications to ensure accurate execution of steel fixing and welding tasks.
- Fabricate and assemble steel structures according to project requirements, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Conduct inspections of materials and finished work to verify adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
- Collaborate with project managers and other trades to coordinate workflow and resolve any issues that may arise on-site.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working order, reporting any defects or maintenance needs promptly.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, promoting a safe working environment for all team members.

- Proven experience as a steel fixer or welder, with a strong understanding of construction processes and techniques.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
- Relevant certifications in welding and steel fixing, with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
