Cleaner for Offices, Flats & Condominiums (Must be available Mornings)

UNITED HUMAN RESOURCES LTD in Malta is currently looking to recruit a Cleaner to join their client's team on a full/part-time basis.

Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team and maintain the cleanliness and organization of our offices, flats, and condominiums.
The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently to ensure that our spaces are kept in pristine condition.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
• Clean and disinfect bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas
• Empty trash and replace liners
• Restock supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, and soap
• Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
• Report any maintenance or repair needs to management
• Follow all health and safety regulations
• Maintain a professional and friendly demeanour when interacting with residents and clients
• Keep track of cleaning supplies and request restocking when needed.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping preferred
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Knowledge of cleaning products and techniques
• Physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks and standing for long periods
• Excellent time management skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Must be able to pass a background check.
