Business Systems Analyst

One of our esteemed clients, a renowned company in Malta, is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join their team. They offer a wide array of professional services to a diverse clientele.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Understand business, market, and customer needs and suggest solutions.
• Analyse current processes and find ways to make them better by simplifying and automating to save time and money.
• Collect and understand data to help make decisions.
• Act as a link between different groups in the company, making sure everyone is working towards the same goals.
• Recognize and deal with risks in projects and plans, and come up with ways to lower them.
• Gather and write down what a project needs to accomplish.
• Help people in the company get used to new processes, tech, or ways of working, making sure changes happen smoothly.
• Create business plans based on what's happening in the market, what customers want, and what the competition is doing.

• 3 years experience in a similar position.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, R, or data visualization tools is often required.
• Understanding of software development methodologies, familiarity with project management tools, knowledge of database systems, and proficiency in specific business analysis software.

• Bachelor's or master's degree in fields such as business administration, management, finance, economics, computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)
• Agile Analysis Certification (IIBA-AAC)
• Project Management Professional (PMP)
