The Tied Insurance Intermediary is responsible for health insurance policy sales, customer relationship management and customer retention and will assure excellent customer care service standards

Tasks & Responsibilties:

  • Identify and develop new (corporate) business opportunities by prospecting leads, arranging client meetings, preparing proposals, and securing sales in line with company targets. 
  • Build and maintain a sustainable portfolio of clients by developing strong relationships and identifying opportunities for long-term collaboration. 
  • Assisting in liaise with principal to obtain competitive group rates and favourable terms that meet client requirements. 
  • Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs and provide suitable solutions and recommendations. 
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional sales support, timely communication, and effective follow-up. 
  • Assist in preparing corporate group renewal packs, liaise with clients, and secure renewals in line with company retention targets. 
  • Act as specialist for Bupa Malta product portfolio, delivering training to internal teams and external partners. 
  • Assist in sales force management and oversight. 
  • Other reasonable duties and responsibilities within the overall function, which may be assigned from time to time.   

Educational & Skill Requirements:

Be fluent in spoken and written Maltese and English.

Be mature, outgoing, and well-presented.

Be in possession of your own vehicle.
