Telesales Representative

Our client is looking for a Telesales Representative to join their team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging customers through outbound calls, promoting products and services, and identifying opportunities for renewals, upselling, and cross-selling. This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused individual who enjoys working in a target-driven sales environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact customers through outbound sales calls.
• Promote products and recommend tailored solutions.
• Manage renewals, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.
• Build strong customer relationships and deliver excellent service.
• Achieve sales and performance targets.

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, sales, or customer service is an asset.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Customer-focused with a proactive and results-driven approach.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Fluent in both English and Maltese.
• MQF Level 4 or 5 qualification in Sales, Marketing, Business, Customer Service, or a related field is an asset.
