Melita Ltd is expanding its sales team. We are currently seeking highly energetic and results-driven individuals to join us as Telesales Representatives. As a part of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts and contributing to our continued success.


  • Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers from provided leads.
  • Present and promote our products/services to prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance customer loyalty.
  • Identify customer needs and tailor sales pitches accordingly.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
  • Keep accurate and detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Working Hours (shift based):

  • 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
  • 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Job Requirements: 

  • Proven experience in telesales or a related sales role preferred, but not essential. We welcome enthusiastic individuals looking to kickstart their sales career.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Persuasive and resilient with the ability to handle objections gracefully.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
  • Proficient in basic computer skills.
