Bajada New Energy in Malta is looking to recruit a Telesales Representative to join their team on a part-time basis. 

Are you outgoing, energetic, and willing to grow and succeed? We are looking for a motivated and results-driven individual to join our Sales team as a Telesales Representative.

Job Role: 
The chosen candidate will be promoting and selling the company’s products and services through inbound and outbound calls and will be working with a team of salespersons to close sales as well as document customer information, purchases, and feedback.

Responsibilities:
  • Calling customers and updating them about the company's products, services, or new launches;
  • Addressing any customer queries and complaints;
  • Questioning customers to understand their requirements and preferences;
  • Maintaining and updating the database with customer information;
  • Creating and presenting detailed sales reports;
  • Directing potential sales leads to the Sales Representatives; 
  • Assisting the Sales department in planning and implementing effective sales strategies; 
  • Monitoring KPIs and sales achievements; 
  • Maintaining a record of day-to-day calls and sales activities; 
  • Fulfilling the monthly and yearly sales target;
  • Analyzing and presenting competitor sales activities;  
  • Keeping up-to-date with the latest industry developments and company offerings; 
  • Assisting in facilitating future sales;  
  • Noting customer requirements or orders and processing the same to the concerned department.

Requirements:
  • Proven work experience as a Tele-sales representative;
  • Excellent communication skills both in Maltese and English;
  • Creative thinking skills;
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills;
  • The patience and ability to engage customers in conversation;
  • Time management and organizational skills;
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and any other CRM software;
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills;
  • The ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers.
