Team Leader (Medical)

Within this job of a Team Leader, you will lead a team of medical representatives while being responsible for their drive of the team and the growth in the market share locally.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance product penetration locally.
- Oversee daily operations.
- Participate in regular management meetings.
- Analyse Customer needs and trends.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback as required.
- Assist with site visits and finalising negotiations as needed.
- Travel and represent the company in conferences as needed.

• Native level of Maltese and professional level of English is a must
• A valid Maltese driving license is needed with own transport seen as a plus
• IT Savvy - Microsoft application including Excel
• Excellent organisational skills
• Strong negotiations and presentation skills
• Outstanding Business Acumen
• Able to travel abroad

• A Degree level of education in a medical field is a must - pharmacist, chemistry, biology or other
• 3 to 5 years experience in a sales role is seen as beneficial, however, local experience in a similar role is a must
