Student Services Sales Officer

Our client within the Education Industry will be opening its operation in Malta and is looking for a Student Support Sales Officer to join its team. 

Responsibilities:

• Promote various higher education programs
• Represent the Business School at exhibitions and recruitment events in Malta and overseas
• Work in close coordination with agents, schools, and liaise with prospective students
• Counsel learners over phone and face-to-face at the campus and venues
• Present program specifications, deliver talks to groups of prospective students
• Provide information, advice, and guidance to students
• Maintain strong after sales support and student retention
• Actively participate in the production of marketing collateral, advertisements and contribute to the strong online presence of the Business School
• Appraise and report daily work development to supervisor

Requirements:

• Degree level of education
• Working knowledge in admissions and student recruitment in the Maltese education sector 
• Excellent telephonic and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Professional level of English is a must, Maltese is preferred 
• Good interpersonal skills, rapport-building skills, and multicultural competency
