Sales Manager

We seek to recruit a Sales Manager for our Lighting Division that possesses the drive and enthusiasm to manage and grow our customer base, focusing on their needs and market trends.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to increase Sales, profitably
• Analyse performance and market trends to identify new business opportunities
• Maintain and develop relationships with industry partners and negotiate with suppliers
• Identify suitable promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness
• Prepare and review Sales budgets and other relevant reports
• Provide feedback to the Chief Commercial Officer.

Requirements:

• Technical and Product knowledge related to the Decorative Lighting industry is ideal, yet not essential, though excellent communication at all levels and a Sales drive are
• Being analytical and good with numbers, including familiarity with MS Excel
• Tertiary level education, even if in an unrelated field, is ideal, though not essential
• Minimum 3 years of Sales experience.

Salary: € 35,000 + Benefits, including a fully expensed company car.
