Salesperson (showroom setting)

We’re hiring a Showroom Salesperson to join our growing team specialising in a vast range of custom-made products such as glass railing, internal laminated doors, pergolas and awnings. 

Job description:

- Greeting customers and issuing of quotations. 

- Monitor status of ongoing orders.

- Organise installations.

- Aftersales: Tackle customer complaints and take necessary action.

- Chasing for payments.

- Maintain professional and technical knowledge on products being sold. 

- Recommend changes in products, service, and policies.

- Contribute to team effort.

Required skills:

- Experience in a showroom sales setting (not shop cashier) is mandatory.

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 applications.

- Proactive and outgoing personality.

- Good presentation and organisational skills.

- Be already residing in Malta and in possession of residence permit.

- Willing to work until 6pm on weekdays and 9am-1pm on Saturdays within a 40hr-week schedule. 1 off day during the week. 

- Being able to communicate in Maltese will be considered an asset.

Type: Full-time

Working hours: 40hrs/week 

Starting salary: Based on experience. 

Commission on sales is also immediately applicable and without capping.
