Job Description: Sales Team Coordinator

Position Summary:

The Sales Team Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring seamless communication between departments. This role also involves event coordination, handling customer inquiries, and managing digital platforms to enhance business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support & Coordination:

• Assist the sales team with day-to-day operations, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing sales materials.

• Track and follow up on sales leads, ensuring timely responses to customer inquiries.

• Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments, such as marketing, finance, and operations.

• Maintain and update customer records, contracts, and sales documents.

• Handle requests for quotes and assist in preparing tenders.

Event Management:

• Coordinate and organize events such as trade fairs and lead generation events in Malta and Gozo.

• Work closely with vendors, partners, and stakeholders to ensure successful event execution.

• Manage logistics, promotional materials, and post-event follow-ups.

Digital & E-Commerce Management:

• Update and maintain the company website with product information, promotions, and news.

• Manage and respond to messages on social media platforms promptly and professionally.

• Oversee e-commerce operations, including order processing, customer inquiries, and online sales support.

Reporting & Data Management:

• Compile and analyze sales data to prepare reports on sales performance, forecasts, and trends.

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to improve sales processes.

• Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals.

Process & Administrative Support:

• Ensure all sales processes are documented and followed consistently.

• Support onboarding and training for new sales team members.

Customer Relationship Management:

• Assist in managing customer accounts, resolving inquiries, and providing excellent customer service.

• Follow up with clients on pending orders or payments
