Sales Supervisor
INSPIRATIONS LTD in Malta is currently looking to recruit a Sales Supervisor to join their team on a full-time basis.
Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Supervisor to join our team. As a key leader in our retail outlet, you will be responsible for supervising staff, ensuring high standards of customer service, and maintaining store organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate sales personnel, cashiers, and customer care staff
- Oversee store displays and ensure sections are well-stocked and maintained
- Handle customer queries and complaints
- Evaluate staff performance and contribute to training and development.
Requirements:
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
- Experience in retail management preferred.
