MaltaPost Plc is looking to recruit a Sales & Service Official to join their team on a full-time basis. Fluency in the Maltese language is a Must for this position.

The main responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to:
  • Selling MaltaPost products and services over the counter;
  • Promoting and upselling such products and services;
  • Providing an optimum customer experience.

Applicants as a minimum shall:
  • Hold 5 Ordinary/ Matsec level passes at MQF level 3 or equivalent;
  • Hold an E.C.D.L certification or equivalent – this may include holding an MQF Level 3 or higher certification in Computer studies
  • Have good interactive skills to effectively engage with staff and customers;
  • Possess strong organisational skills and be able to prioritise work to meet deadlines;
  • Have excellent spoken and written communication skills preferably in both Maltese and English;
  • Be in possession of a clean police conduct certificate;
  • Hold a clean disciplinary record;
  • Previous experience in retail, sales, or in a customer service-oriented role will be considered an asset.
*The appointment is subject to a 6-month probationary period. 
*Working hours Monday to Saturday from 07:00hrs to 13:40
*Salary starting from €14,612
