ST Hotels is seeking a dynamic Sales & Reservations Supervisor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Marketing:

  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to attract new business.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and other key stakeholders.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
  • Monitor market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

Reservations Management:

  • Oversee the entire reservation process, from initial inquiry to check-in.
  • Supervise and train reservation agents to maintain high standards of service.
  • Master the use of Opera PMS to optimize efficiency and accuracy. 
  • Implement effective rate strategies to maximize revenue.
  • Respond to guest inquiries promptly and professionally, resolving issues efficiently.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Generate accurate reports on reservations, occupancy, and revenue.
  • Manage online distribution channels, optimizing rates and availability.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of front desk or reservations experience
  • In-depth knowledge of Opera PMS is essential.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure 1 and meet deadlines.
