OFICI in Malta is looking to recruit a Sales Representative in their Internal department to join their team on a full-time basis. 

Duties and responsibilities:
The Sales Representative role is a vital and important role within the Sales Team. Throughout the role’s performance, this will aid to Attract new clients while Retaining and Developing present ones. He/she will report directly to the Management to embark on sales strategies in order to achieve the Sales Goals and Objectives. This can be achieved by Accepting Responsibility, using the right method of Communication, and adopting a Can Do & Positive Attitude. 

Main Responsibilities:
  • Understand the importance of the role that is the link between OFICI and the client – for service, orders, follow-up, and complaints. This role overlaps with the shipping office as various tasks are related. (Incoming goods with those to offer).
  • Provide a link between the Warehouse, Shipping, and the Admin office.
  • Analyse clients' purchases and follow up so sales and products offering can be incremented.

  • Attention to detail, ability to process quickly and efficiently, clerical skills, computer and data entry skills, good communication with all staff in all departments, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Important to be proactive.
  • Be in possession of ECDL qualification or equal-level computer skills.  
  • Spoken, Written & Understanding Languages:
    • English: Very good.
