We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive CRM & Leads Manager to oversee incoming enquiries, manage the CRM system, and ensure leads are handled efficiently across the lettings and sales teams. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys systems, follow-ups, and optimising processes.

The Role

As CRM & Leads Manager, you will be responsible for managing all incoming property enquiries and ensuring they are properly logged, assigned, followed up, and tracked. You will act as the link between marketing, ads, and agents, helping maximise conversion and response times.

Your responsibilities will include:

Managing and maintaining the CRM system

Handling and organising incoming leads from portals, ads, social media, and enquiries

Assigning leads to the appropriate letting or sales agents

Monitoring response times and follow-up activity

Ensuring client and property data is accurate and up to date

Tracking lead performance and basic reporting

Supporting agents with CRM usage and best practices

Working closely with the Ads Specialist and marketing team to improve lead quality

Identifying gaps and opportunities to improve lead conversion processes

What We’re Looking For

No previous CRM or real estate experience required – full training provided

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Comfortable working with computers, systems, and basic data entry

Ability to manage multiple enquiries and priorities efficiently

Good communication skills and a structured mindset

Proactive, reliable, and willing to learn

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset
