Our client, is looking to recruit a Sales Manager to join their growing team. Reporting to the General Manager, the chosen candidate will:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market share for the auto parts and lubricants division.
Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed sales goals.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by delivering excellent customer service and product solutions.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
Track and analyze sales performance data, providing regular reports on team progress toward targets.
Ensure sales budgets and forecasts are adhered to, maintaining efficient sales operations.
Develop in-depth knowledge of the company’s auto parts and lubricants products, offering training and support to the sales team.
Handle key customer negotiations and close high-value deals.
Collaborate closely with marketing and other departments to ensure smooth sales operations and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Education and Experience
Proven experience (3+ years) in sales management. If such experience would be within the automotive or related industry (auto parts, lubricants, etc.) it would be considered favorably.
Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel abroad as required.
