Salary Package: €30,000 to €40,000 including commission

Role Overview:
Heroix is partnering with a forward-thinking business to recruit a commercially focused B2B Sales Executive specialising in industrial water treatment solutions. This role centres on the promotion and sale of reverse osmosis systems and related equipment, combining technical understanding with relationship-led, consultative selling to support long-term business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Industrial Sales & Business Growth: Drive the sale of industrial reverse osmosis systems and water treatment equipment, supporting the achievement of agreed revenue targets and expanding the Company’s B2B client portfolio.
  • Client Relationship Development: Build and nurture strong relationships with industrial, commercial, and corporate clients by understanding their operational needs and positioning suitable water treatment solutions.
  • Consultative Sales Engagement: Work closely with prospective clients to evaluate requirements and contribute to the development of tailored solutions, collaborating with internal technical teams where needed.
  • Quotations & Sales Proposals: Prepare accurate quotations, technical proposals, and presentations that align with client specifications, project scopes, and applicable standards.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination & After-Sales Support: Liaise with engineering, technical, and operational teams to ensure smooth project handovers, effective after-sales support, and consistent follow-up throughout the sales cycle.
  • Product & Market Awareness: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of reverse osmosis technologies, water treatment processes, regulatory requirements, and market developments to support informed sales discussions.

Qualifications, Skills and Attributes

  • Education: A qualification in a technical, engineering, or business-related discipline is considered an asset.
  • Experience: Proven experience in B2B sales within industrial equipment, water treatment systems, engineering solutions, or capital equipment environments is highly desirable.
  • Language Skills: Excellent command of both Maltese and English is required to succeed in this role. 
  • Communication Skills: Confident in explaining technical concepts clearly and professionally to both technical specialists and non-technical decision-makers.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship-building ability with a client-centric and consultative approach.
  • Technical Skills: Comfortable working with product specifications, pricing structures, and technical sales documentation.
  • Organisation: Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple accounts, projects, and sales opportunities effectively.
  • Self-Motivated: Results-driven, proactive, and eager to develop expertise within industrial water treatment solutions.
  • Problem-Solving: Able to identify client challenges and contribute to practical, commercially sound solutions.
